Best Air Conditioning Units Do Lemon Laws Cover Items Such As Home Air Conditioning Units?

Do lemon laws cover items such as home air conditioning units? - best air conditioning units

My mother bought a new unit air conditioner, Trane, a year and a half. However, they had to at least $ 500 every two months last year to fix it. The company has been installed and the service that Snyder has not yet been able to solve the problem. Every time I go out, say it is set, but broke only once a month or two. Does anyone know of a law lemon (Florida), are applicable to this situation? Are there any legal action be taken to be really down the air conditioning properly preserved or replaced?

He spent $ 4000 + on this unit? Nonsense! It should appeal to the Director of Public Relations for Trane (no customer service!) And tell them this story, and if this fails, talk to the president of Trane. That is wrong.
I do not think that lemon laws cover because it was far too long. Lemon laws are executed, usually within 30 days in most states.
Good luck.
