Does a conference room speaker exist for cell phones? - speaker phones
I am looking for a product that I am not sure if it exists. I think there are systems, conference speakerphone with a microphone that everyone can be heard on a loudspeaker during a meeting. (I hope this is) the correct description.
Does anybody know if there is an element of that can be used with mobile phones or mobile phones and landlines? And not everyone knows the name for a story like that?

Many phones have an option of the speaker, but will not work and a real speaker. Most cell phones use a conventional analog telephone speaker and work well. Polycom makes great speakers:
